Refund Policy

Returns are accepted on unopened, unsealed, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 10 days of receiving it to let us know at avimportscorp@gmail.com. We do not receive COD returns. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package. RETURN on Bundles: To qualify for a return, please contact us and return the whole bundle within 10 days, accompanied with the original receipt. Please contact us via email before returning anything so we may inform you where and how to make your return. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
